Management created rules based on guests behaviour, great negligence of putting customer in focus (so un Japanese) None of the staff/clerk could speak English or other international language - how can they enjoy foreigners if they can’t communicate

フロントのスタッフさん達はいつも丁寧、部屋も清潔感があり衛生的。朝食は品数が多く美味しい。目の前にスーパーがある、食事するところもあり助かります。 レストランスタッフさん達も親切で、居心地の良いホテルです。

駅から離れている。但し、送迎バスがあります。
