価格と提供されるサービスを比較しても非常にコスパが良いと思います。温泉が自由に入れますし、アメニティも充実していて、朝食も大変充実していると感じます。そして、清掃の方の挨拶と配慮が素晴らしいと感じました。

連泊でしたが、２日目の温泉に入るためのセキュリティNo.が知らされていなかったので、温泉に入れず部屋に戻ってフロントへ確認しなければなりませんでした。予め教えて欲しかったです。そして、何より良くなかったのは、フロントの方の対応です。事情を説明すると、「そうなんですよ。２日目は番号が変わるんです。」と言い訳から入ったのが残念でした。まずは客に不要な動線を強いたことへの謝罪なのではないでしょうか。フロントの方のホスピタリティ教育は必要に感じました。

I cycled (jitensha) from Kagoshima to Sapporo and back to Tokyo kn around 50 days. Route Inn is my favourite hotel (apart from the family run ryokans) and Iwaki was the best Route Inn experience so far!

朝食付でしたが団体様が当日あり、混雑が予想される情報は大きい。

各階にある券売機が9階はなかった。関係ないが、あげくのはてに客が宜しくない。ハンドタオル土産に欲しいです。
