古い割には　きれい

近くに　コンビニしか無い

大晦日家族4人でお世話になりました 2部屋に分かれましたが向かい合わせの部屋で行き来しやすかったです。 片方の部屋からは富士山も見えました。 富士山眺めながらの朝食もなかなかのものでした。フロントに部屋に持ち帰れるコーヒーコーナーがあるのがよかったです。

自販機にノンアルもあればよかったです。

大浴場付きで、深夜まで入ることが出来たこと

施設内レストランが、年末年始の休止期間になっていて夕食に困った点 ホテル周辺に開店中の飲食店がほとんどなくて、夕食はコンビニ弁当にするしかなかった

The location was convenient for us. The cleaning staff and the staff in the restaurant were very kind and friendly.

The staff at the reception were not friendly when we checked in. The 2nd evening we planned to eat in the hotel restaurant for the second time because we enjoyed it the first night. We waited in the small lobby waiting for it to open. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, we heard other guests say that it isn’t open. We found a sign on the door that we hadn’t noticed. It would have been nice if the staff had mentioned to us that the restaurant would not be open on the second night when we checked in. While we were waiting one of the staff was watching me. I wish she would have asked if we needed anything and then told us about the restaurant being closed. Besides that, the shower/bathroom was too narrow. It was difficult to take a shower and there wasn’t a bar to grip when you get in and out of the tub even though it was quite high. I felt afraid of falling with nothing to hold onto.

禁煙ルームが希望でしたが喫煙ルームしかなくてやむを得ず入室しましたが臭くて臭くて、タバコ臭ってこんなに酷いという事を改めて実感しました。が先ず目に付いたのはシーツの上には髪の毛がいっぱい付いていて気持ち悪さを感じました。後はタバコ臭が寝具、タオル、バスタオルに迄染み付き風呂に入っても自髪まで臭くて洗ってもバスタオルで服からタバコ臭が取れなくてホテルを出てからも一日中他店の風呂に入る迄不愉快でした。二度と喫煙ルームは使うまいと思っています。
