当初誤って喫煙で予約してしまいました。直ぐに電話連絡すること速やかにご対応頂きました。おかげでヤニ臭くない部屋で快適に過ごせました。今年ルートインさんを3箇所利用しましたが安心して利用できるホテルの一つです。

2度目の利用だと思います。部屋綺麗　大浴場も快適駐車場も停めやすい。大きな問題は無し。団体様が居た為か朝食は大渋滞出来れば　団体様用エリアを指定するなりして頂ければ渋滞緩和するかもと思います。他のルートインより味噌汁がヌルいのが気になってしまいました。リピします。
