"マットレスが良かった"

外観から古めのルートインと思いきや、内装はリニューアルされているようで、ベッドも西川ふとんとのコラボマットレスとかで、寝心地も良かったです。残念だったのが、宿泊した部屋のシャワーベッドのパッキンが古くなったのか、シャワーベッドの根本から盛大に水が漏れてて、なんとも言えない気持ちになりました。水回りのリニューアルは大変なんでしょうかね。

全体的に満足で、スタッフの方も親切でした。お風呂も快適でした。ただお一人きつい方がいて、こんな世の中だから仕方ないかもしれないけど、柔らかくいきたいなと自分も思いました。

新幹線の岐阜羽島駅のすぐ前にあり便利、かつリーズナブルな値段でした。新型ウィルスの影響で駅利用者が少なく、周辺も人が少ないですね。 部屋はコンパクトで清潔。2階と14階（最上階）に大浴場があり、夜と朝に行きましたが、独り占め状態。 14階のリラクゼーションルームからは、新幹線のホームが見え眺望もよかった。朝食もおいしい。 機会あれば、また宿泊します。

朝食時、他の子供が嘔吐されたが、この時季はノロウィルス等を疑い、他の客に対しての配慮や処置が必要ではないのか？ホテルの感染予防マニュアルはどうなっているのですか？
