"Zu weit weg von Trabzon"

Freundliches Personal, leider gar kein Englisch, mein Türkisch war auch nicht viel besser. Sauber, gutes Frühstück. Direkt an der Schnellstraße, laut, keine Tel.- Verbindung nach D.

لم اقيم في فندق نصب ودجل ... للدعاره فقط ونظافه سيئه ولم اقم به وحسافة الفلوس اللي راحت عليه من دون م اسكن فيه

"السكن بفندق ارسن"

حالة الغرف سيئة وتحتاج إلى كثير من الصيانة. موقع الفندق بعيد عن المناطق الحية والحسنه الوحيدة انه في الطريق إلى اوزونجول. الإفطار بسيط جداً الفندق يبعد عن وسط طرابزون ٢٠ إلى ٣٠ دقيقة.

"El peor Hotel"

Horrible, creo que por el precio de casi doscientos euros es un atraco, encontré mejores hoteles y más económicos en Trabzon, desafortunadamente por esta página no hay muchas opciones. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Hotellet var greit det, men vi ønsket et hotel nær Ttrabzon airport. Med bookingen fulgte et kart som VAR TOTALT FEIL! Det tok oss flere timer å finne hotellet. vi ønsket et hotell nær flyplassen, noe kartet viste. hadde kartet vært riltig, hadde vi valgt et annet hotell. DETTE VAR EN GROV FEIL OG MEGET SLETT SERVICE!!

"Exceptional"

I found the staff very outstanding helpful. they accommodated our every need. when we were in a situation where we couldnt get back to the hotel they came and picked us up. they cooked our main food at whatever time we wanted, food was really good. hotel was really clean. staff were happy. manager spoke good English and you could get by with other members of staff. i would recommend this hotel to anyone and this hotel should have a better rating than it has got :)
