JR鶴岡駅に近くアクセスは非常に便利です。外はかなり寒かったですが部屋の断熱はしっかりしており、24時間換気設備（オンオフ可能）もついていました。お風呂の浴槽も十分に大きく快適でした。朝食は品揃えもよくとても美味しかったです。さらに、レイトチェックアウトが1時間1000円でリーズナブルでした。

JR鶴岡駅は街の中心地から離れているのでホテル周辺の外食の選択肢は少ないです。居酒屋が数件程度。駅にコンビニがありますが、確か20時くらいに閉店でした。また、部屋のWiFi接続（無料）が少し弱めでした。さらに、お風呂が水とお湯を別々に調節するタイプでやや不便でした。
