"Good location if you are travelling by train. Quiel neighbourhood."

Good location. 5-10 min walk to KamiSuwa station. 5 min walk to Lake Suwa. Good value for money. Just a simple hotel with all the basics. Friendly staff all around.

ロケ－ション的には、「片倉館」（仮称：千人風呂）の真後ろにあり、諏訪湖がすぐ、間近で、樹木も多数あり、都会から来た、私たちは、非日常の感覚が最高でした。 また、出張の際は、この「ホテルル－トイン上諏訪」に泊まりたいと、思います。

"満足の一泊でした。"

バイクでの来訪。駐車場は地下で入りやすく、受付に行けるEVもあり荷物運びも楽だった。 ロビーにあるドトールの無料コーヒーが嬉しかった。 受付で近隣のお食事処を聞いたところ、きちんと地図が用意されていて、丁寧に教えてくれたのでとても助かりました。 受付の男性、女性共に丁寧な対応と愛想もあり気持ちがよかった。
