The location was close to the train station and the major attractions.The staff was nice and accommodating, breakfast was buffet style and diverse. The onsen was great and very spacious, but tattoos had to be covered up when using it (covering patches could be obtained at the front desk).

・チェックインの対応が笑顔で分かり易かった ・コーヒー常時サービス ・ビジネスホテルなので温泉あまり期待していなかったが、とても寛げた ・朝食も質、量とも良く、座席に余裕もあった ・新聞テイクアウトサービス嬉しかった

・駅からのルートが始め戸惑ったので、駅掲示などあればいいなと思う ・諏訪湖に対して窓が90°だったのが少し残念(仕方ないのであるが) ・TVの紙番組表があればいいかと思う ・小さくていいので、お土産含む売店を備えていれば
