他のホテルでも禁煙ルームが埋まっていて喫煙ルームに入ることは多々あったのですが今回初めて入った瞬間タバコの臭いがしました。喫煙ルームなので仕方ないとは思いますが入り口のドアにヤニの着いている跡がかなり着いていたのでドアの掃除をするだけでも臭いの改善はするのでは？と思います。後、鍵がカードキータイプではなかったのですが２人で泊まるのに1つしかなくオートロックでもないのでお風呂のタイミングなどは一緒に行ってどちらか先に出ても待ってる事になりました。カギに着いてるキーホルダー?を差し込んで電気が点くタイプなのでカギを抜くとすぐに電気が消えるのもちょっと不便でした。せめてカギを２つか電気に刺すキーホルダーが2つあると助かります。アメニティは豊富で良かったです！朝食の時間も分けられていて混雑しない工夫がされていたり、スタッフの対応は凄く良かったのでタバコの臭いと鍵の点だけが残念でした。

Very friendly and the first floor bath was lovely. They also followed up on articles left in the rooms and even mailed an important one back.

The double room was a bit difficult to move around in. Very narrow passage. But appointed well.
