車の出入りがしやすかった。朝食も良かった。スタッフの対応も良かったです。

残念なこたは、禁煙ルームを予約して目的の階に到着し廊下に出たとたんタバコのにおいが充満していた事です。翌日の朝にはほぼ解消していたようですが、いやな思いをしました。スタッフさんに伝えたので、対応してくれたのかなと思いました。

お風呂、朝食、スタッフの対応無料駐車場、コーヒーの持ち出し出来たのも嬉しかった。

部屋の角に金具が出ていて何度か服を引っ掛けた。気に入っている服だったので、とても残念でした。私も同室の子供も何度か引っ掛けていた。スタッフの方に言うとすぐに対応してもらえました。お風呂用のバッグがあるといいなと思いました。部屋が寒かった。
