The staff was accommodating and the highlight of the stay. The mattress was also very comfortable. The non-smoking room was actually non-smoking. The new annex rooms were nice. Booked hotel for convience, as we were continuing to travel further north, so it was just a stop during our travel. The hotel was close enough to the train station as well.

The breakfast area was pretty small for such a popular place, and the food was very Japanese. The AC was not cool enough. The rooms should have fit two people, but since booked through booking, the staff wasn't able to change it, so we ended up having two rooms despite one being definitely enough.
