朝食、お風呂、ロケーションともにとても良かったです。また送迎バスでは大変お世話になりました。朝の最終バスで他にお客様がいらっしゃらないということで彦根駅ではなく彦根城まで送ってくださいました。雨になるかもしれないという日、先を急いでおりましたので大変助かりました。ご親切に本当にありがとうございました。お陰様で大変よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。また貴社を利用させていただきたいと思います。

お電話での応対がつっけんどんで少し印象が悪かったのですが、ホテルに到着してみるとそのようなことはなく皆さんやさしい雰囲気でよかった～とほっとしました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

到着が夜遅くなってしまって、駐車場が正面でなく裏に止めました。荷物が多かった為、裏口から入館出来なかったので、正面へまわりました少し不便に感じました。
