The staff were very helpful & polite. They went out of their way to help find a missing object & book taxis. The hotel restaurant is superb. The location is fantastic- close to restaurants, drug store and convenience store. Short walk to bustop for Senjojiki Cirque bus to Komagatake Ropeway Shirabidaira Station (Departure Station) The park and river behind Shirabidaira Station & the Farmers outlets next door to the station are the most beautiful I've seen in Autumn, anywhere.

I found my bed too hard for me.
