近くにレストランがありませんが、館内にあるのは良かったです。スタッフの対応も◎。室内はエアコンで温度を上げても中々暖まらす、寒かったのが残念でした。

ホテルのポイント消費の為に利用しました。駐車場と大浴場と朝食が付いてるのでこのホテルを選びました。お風呂は丁度いい湯加減です。浴槽に浸かる時、手すりがあると安全なので是非手すりをつけて欲しい。朝食はどれも美味しくいただきました。また利用したいです。

フロントの対応はいいが、レストランの対応が最低。 数品注文するつもりだったが、一つ伝えたらすぐ去ってしまい注文できず。 注文後も、閉店30分以上前なのにバタバタと閉店準備を始め、ゆっくり食事できる雰囲気ではなかった。 嫌になって注文キャンセルしようとしたが、「もう作り始めてる」とキャンセルもできず。 出てきた料理も雑な盛り方。 嫌なら出ていくので、注文前に言ってほしい。
