三連休で混雑する状況でしたが普段と変わらぬ高いサービス品質でした 朝食も類似チェーンとの差額分以上のものがあると言ってよいかと
宮城県の親戚の所に来たときに利用します。部屋のユニットバスが狭くなく朝食も工夫されていてスタッフの対応もとても良いので私のお気に入りのホテルです。温泉もあります。

古川駅前で用事があり、便利だった。 朝食は無料だが、美味しかった。
wifiがすごく弱く外部との会議ができない
通行の多い本道から離れているので車の音も無く静かな環境で、チエックイン時のスタッフの対応は手寧で 部屋はきちんと掃除されていて綺麗、共用スペースも綺麗でした。朝食は種類も豊富で美味しかったです。 ただコロナ対策のパーティションがある為狭いのが気になりました。大浴場も良かったです。
年一で利用させて頂いてます。 フロントスタッフの方の対応がかしこまりすぎてなく落ち着きます。 また来年もお世話になりますので、よろしくお願い致します。
