朝食が美味しかった

「心を込めて清掃しました」と清掃担当の名前入りのメッセージがありましたが、部屋の床にゴミがたくさん落ちているし、トイレの便座に汚れがついたまま、固まっていたので本当に掃除したんだろうかとガッカリでした。 また、喫煙ルームなので換気がしっかりされているとありがたいです。今まで宿泊したホテルの中で一番換気されていない部屋だと思いました。 辛口コメントでごめんなさい。

全体的に清潔に保っているところ。 スタッフさんの対応が丁寧。

①YouTubeの機能がついてるテレビの部屋と、民放しか見れないただのテレビの部屋があって設備が統一でなかったこと… 。 最近のホテルはリモコンでYouTubeやNetflixとかいろんなものが見れるテレビが主流だと思ってたからiPad持参しなかったのに、見れず残念だった。 ②10月頭の滞在で、たまたま寒い日があったのですが、エアコンに暖房がなくて寒かったです。

Relatively close to the train station, the internet was working well in my room, had the amenities but I haven't used all of them. The staff were very kind and understood my requests, thank you!

My room had two beds and pretty much no space to open a medium-sized luggage. I had to leave it on one of the beds, really there's no space to do anything except move from the bed to the desk and to the bathroom. One of the beds was soft, the other was hard as a rock. Without knowing, my luggage slept very well on the soft bed, while I slept like neanderthals on the hard bed. At breakfast, some of the dishes had only chopsticks while others had some pliers/tongs to pick them up. I don't see how it's better to pick up your omelette with chopsticks rather than with the tongs.
