喫煙ルームだったのである程度の汚さは覚悟していましたが、風呂もカビが生えており、ベッドも湿っていて不快でした。

夏休み期間とオリンピックが重なり、かなり混んでいましたが、部屋も清潔かつ接客も丁寧でした。また、予約時に喫煙部屋のみしか空きがなかったのですが、当日キャンセルが出たとのことで禁煙部屋に快く変更してもらえました。

施設の中はきれいにされており、空気清浄機・除菌スプレーなど常備されていてビジネスホテル・値段レベルでみたら良かった。従業員の対応も良かったです。特に大浴場は脱衣所・浴室共きれいにされておりとても気持ち良く使わせて頂きました。
