RECEPTION HOURS Monday to Friday: from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays and public holidays: from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-ins will be self-managed; we will send you the instructions to access). We only have reception on Sundays from June 1 to September 30. Outside reception hours, we have mailboxes available for leaving the room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the accommodations to confirm late arrival and to receive check-in instructions. We provide daily cleaning of our rooms, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, when only common areas are cleaned. For apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
