従業員の方の対応がすばらしく、清潔感があり、大浴場があるのもとても良かったです。 ロケーションは、近くにスーパーがあることや、観光地への出やすさなどを考えると、車での来訪であれば会津若松で最も良い選択ではないかと思いました。 一点、朝食のビュッフェだけはイマイチで、改善の余地が大きいと感じました。 和食洋食が一列で混じっていて、長い列に全員が並ばないといけないこと、おそらく冷凍のパンの解凍が甘く、ちゃんと焼かないと食べれないのに

親切な接客で、社員の皆さんの感じがとても良かったです。子供に優しく話しかけてくれました。 近くに、飲食店が多くあり便利です。 大きなお風呂(温泉❓)が一階にあり、広くて気持ち良く疲れもとれました。 お部屋もキレイです。

オートバイで訪問しました。 入り口前の車寄せの下にわざわざ誘導してくれました。お陰で安心して駐車でき、バイクも夜露に濡れる事なく快適でした。

朝ご飯もおいしく、1階にコーヒーのサービスもあるのがうれしい。部屋以外にお風呂があるのもいいと思いました。 ただ、部屋の洗面台の水栓の切り替えで止まるがなかったので、それが不便に感じました。
