The rest. In a dark area. Other people that were staying there were loud throughout the night. Staff lady next door was just going to leave without checking us in even though I had messaged ahead of time saying id be late. I had to say something.she didnt even show us to our room. The directions on the map were useless. Internet never worked. Why we had top our own tidying up and rubbish before we leave is beyond me. I mean, what do we pay you for? Won't be staying there again

Absolutely nothing

Omg it was disgusting. Only stayed in the room for half an hour. Filthy, pee on floor around toilet, bathroom sink drain made me want to vomit with the amount of clogged up hair, what looks like rat teeth and claw marks in wardrobe. And to top it off blood and large pee stains on mattresses. I would imagine a brothel would be cleaner.

Ich bin gerade fünf Minuten am Hotel und habe schon die Schnauze voll. Wenn man bis 17 Uhr nicht am Hotel (Browns Beach) ist, muss man im Tropicana Motel einchecken.(3 Minuten Fußweg vom eigentlichen Hotel) Also musste ich nach 17 Uhr in ein anderes Hotel gehen, um dort einzuchecken. Wo gibt es denn sowas?! Der Herr im Büro erklärte mir, wo ich hinmusste (Zimmer 22). Es gab aber kein Zimmer mit der Nummer 22. Nirgendswo auf der Tür aufgezeigt. Die Suche nach dem richtigen Zimmer erwies sich als schwierig, da keine Nummer auf der Tür aufgemalt war. Per Glück fand ich nach 20 Minuten ein Zimmer, direkt neben Sperrmüll-artigen Utensilien (unfassbar ekelhaft). Nebenan permanente Geräusche von Personen, die ein anderes Zimmer bewohnten. Laute Musik, Gerede, Gekicher – ok, egal! Aber die Suche nach dem Zimmer ist eine Art, die ich nicht akzeptieren kann! Fotos folgen noch!
