The Khayangan Dreams Villa, Seminyak

The staff were helpful - thats the only good thing about the villa

The property is old and has not been properly maintained. There is visible wear and tear throughout. Several taps are broken, ceiling fans are noisy, and door handles are loose or falling off. At the entrance, there is a murky pond with small fish but no pump, causing the water to stagnate and attract mosquitoes. This list of issues is ongoing

Absolutely everything, staff were friendly, food was always on time, everything was run on a schedule while still respecting our privacy. Staff were always there in case we needed anything, the koi pond is amazing, it’s very lovely and private aswell as being in a great location, mini mart across the road, Italian place just next door, shops, clubs, beach, etc, all within a 10 minute walk.

A couple of facilities needed a little bit of work done to them but asides from that everything was exceptional

We liked everything, facilities are looking tired but very clean and tidy and comfortable

Beautiful villa with private pool, walking distance to restaurants, quiet even tough busy street close by

The villa has the perfect-sized pool and bedroom, with a lovely open-air bathroom and shower. The location is also great, close to restaurants and bars.

The air conditioning was not cold enough, and the curtains were not blackout

Location of hotel in seminyak is central and close to lot of cafes and restaurant. All the staff were great and very helpful. Very big pool and room size is excellent. They provided me with a complimentary floating breakfast.

Villas need renovation as there are signs of damp and roof leak in different section in villas. Pest control needs to be done to keep the pests away.
