service was amazing, friendly and attentive. the breakfast included was so yummy and the location was perfect - central to everything and close by everywhere we wanted to go to

Property felt safe and staff serviced the villa each day. Value for money and good location, walking distance to many great restaurants and beach clubs.

Old and tired accommodation with lots of ants everywhere.

Nice breakfast, always delivered to the room on time. Staff were really polite and very accommodating. Location of the Seminyak residence was great, mini supermarket was across the road, nice Italian restaurant was next door and if you wanted to go closer to or into the centre, it's just a short drive (between 5 & 10 mins) or around 15 min walk away. Area is nice and peaceful, no surrounding disturbances.

Wifi connection was a bit hit and miss at times but there were improvement works happening locally so that may have effected it.

It was very clean, bed was great. air con was excellent, Bathroom was very different but great, easy to get transport

The light switches were very loose, the couch was very low, other than that all great

Pool is good. Staff is friendly. Villa is pretty from outside

Bathroom situation is a little uncomfortable. Open area makes a lot of insects and bugs to come in

Easy walking distance to anywhere in Seminyak.

There are two locations so be sure the cab driver takes you to the correct one.

Everything since we came into the property, exactly shown in the picture but the best are the staffs very helpful with best skills
