2泊しました。朝食が、半分以上が違うメニューになっていて楽しめました。熊本名物も、違うもので驚きました！クロワッサンも格別で、朝から大満足でした。

コインランドリーが故障中で、近くのコインランドリーまで行きました。翌日もまだ故障の可能性があるとのことだったので、ホテルに戻る前に近くのコインランドリーを利用したら、お風呂の時に使えるようになっていました。知っていたら、無駄な動線がなくもっとスムーズに色々できたなぁと少し思いました。

わからないことを電話で何度か聞いたのですが嫌な感じではなく親身になって教えてくれました。

五階だったからかはわかりませんが窓をあけたら建物があったのでこれで景色がよければ最高だなぁと思いました。
