Location was good for train station and free bus to the airport with pickup at the station one minute walk away. We used the service to pickup our rental car at the airport.

The room had a funny smell and the WiFi kept on dropping out. The breakfast was mediocre quality, but functional.

スタッフの方は、駐車場案内や必要物のお尋ねにも即座に笑顔で対応頂き、とても素敵な印象をうけました。ロビーにドトールコーヒーが設置してあるのも助かりました。

温泉が狭く、湯船に入っているとシャワー使用者の飛沫や洗髪時のシャンプー泡が飛んでくる。脱衣所にコインランドリーがあるため、乾燥がかかっていると脱衣所内が暑く感じられた。脱衣所に、ワイパーモップを置いて欲しい。足元が髪の毛だらけだったため。また、洗面台付近の埃や髪の毛も多かった。

チェックイン時、受付のスタッフさんの笑顔は、最高でした。また、近くに行く機会があれば利用したいです。

朝食は美味しかったベットもよかったコーヒーのサービスも良かった

大浴場のシャワーが3つ。少なすぎ。脱衣場もロッカー少なすぎて、脱いだ服など置くとこなかった。夜のレストランは２時間近く食べ物が出ない客がいて怒っている人があちこちにいた。ちなみに、私たちの食事はすぐ出てきたので満足してます。
