Please note that check-in is at the main office in Building II, in the courtyard. Please note that in case you need to apply for a visa before traveling, the reservation will be forwarded to the appropriate consulate. Please note that the air conditioning is available from July to September 20th and is free of charge. Please be informed that the total price of the reservation has to be paid upon arrival, in cash. EUR, HUF, GBP or USD currencies are accepted. Group bookings have special reservation policy: full prepayment is requested and the prepayment is nonrefundable. Please note that the given credit card will be charged within one week accordingly. Please note that the spa/wellness use is €10/person/day, also guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervisior with them in the spa/wellness area. Please note that the hotel accepts credit card payments only. Cash payments are not available. To make your stay cozy and eco-friendly, room refresh is done every third day. Fresh, fluffy towels also arrive every third day — just in time to pamper you.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
