confort des lits très bons et la chambre était spacieuse

pas de thé vert au petit déjeuner, on m'a demndé de payer au bar le service en chambre plutot que de tout payer à la réception. le paiement n'a pas marché et quand le soir ils m'ont demandé de repayer ils ont eu que peu d'explications, j'ai trouvé leur réaction plutôt moyenne

Nous sommes arrivés sans difficultés, accueil chaleureux et chambre très appréciable, grand espace, propre et confortable, eau chaude, et ravitaillements dans le frigo :). Repas très bon et rapport qualité prix, très abordable, y compris avec le petit déjeuner, conviviale et cocooning ! Prise en charge des bagages malgré le départ, très pratique ! Nous avons pu garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps pour un prix abordable également ! Paiment lors du départ, efficace et rapide !

Malheureusement dans notre chambre, nous entendions l'aspirateur et d'autres bruits durant la soirée, la nuit et le matin.. On s'y fait mais cela peut être un défaut.
