櫃檯人員態度和善

住這間好幾年了，因為住宿經驗跟價錢都很好所以每次到高雄都住這間，但這次住宿品質超差。這次被安排在七樓，房間漏水馬上換到八樓，沒想到隔音超差，房間內本身的水很小，洗個手要洗很久，但可以聽到別人房間老舊管路的水聲，整晚的，還有別間房間的嬉鬧聲和大聲搬動桌椅跟踏地板的聲音。第一晚根本不能睡，直接影響到了隔天的行程。這都是以前沒有遇過的
