The Oasis Mussoorie - A Member of Radisson Individuals

We had a wonderful stay at The Oasis. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to Ravi and Taniya at Reception for their warm welcome, smooth check-in, and constant willingness to help. The team at The Rosemary Restaurant made every meal a delightful experience with their attentive service and delicious food. Truly grateful to everyone for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Washroom was also decently sized. Location is excellent due to being near to Mall Road. Staff were polite and helpful.

Our original room had a sewage stench. Even the staff noticed it and had our room changed. At the time of settling into the new room, things felt alright. However, the next night, we noticed horrible sewage smell. Similarly, the washroom also had the same smell. Also, when we visited, the road leading to the hotel was not ply worthy. We struggled to take our car to the hotel. The access to the hotel was bad. We never took our car out again and rented bikes because of the access road.

The stay is very pleasent the staff is good, food quality awesome 👍 . Special thanks to manish at reception to make our stay pleasent...

We heard about this hotel from my friends but experience was vey bad bed linens are so dirty pillow covers looked like used room view was not good we req for view still reception team gave us bad view we think their manager did not teach anything to their staff first manager need to learn then something will happen good in this hotel it just having a name of Radisson food was good but service was so slow . When we entered in hotel mr Amit stands near to reception but still no one provided us the water we don’t know how they welcoming their guest . Kindly first acknowledge the guest this is our feedback .
