Breakfast available, €12 per person. Staff very friendly and polite. Room clean, furniture in good condition. One-minute walk to train station. Three stations to the Eiffel Tower.

Hotel is ok BUT location is not ideal. It’s close to a train station HOWEVER the station is not part of the metro (T system), and you have to pay extra to use it. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are a tourist, this is a pain in the back ;)
