"Suite surtarifée, déco approximative, spa kitsch."

Le calme.

Literie trop dure. Pas de boulloire électrique dans la suite. Pas de sachets de thé. Pas de sucrettes. Petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10hoo seulement. Obligation de passer par l'extérieur pour aller au spa très daté. Piscine trop chlorée et trop froide.

"Beautiful place to relax"

The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.

Some staff at the reception desk and breakfast restaurant speaks almost no English. We made a dinner reservation and a wine tasting reservation at the reception desk, or so we thought, but when we showed up they didn't have the right number of guests for the wine tasting and there was no dinner reservation recorded. However, everybody was very nice and took care of the missing reservations at the dining restaurant but it would have been nice to not have this momentary issue. While I have no expectation that all staff speak English, it would be great is they direct non-French speaking guests to staff who can take care of reservations in English and similar during breakfast. Also a confirmation of some sort of the reservations at the property, would be welcome and could help with these misunderstandings.

"Tres bien mais pas parfait"

La propreté La chambre pas trop grande mais très bien avec tous les équipements. La qualité des repas ( du petit-déjeuner jusqu'au dîner ) Les soins que nous avons pris ( galets de nos rivières ) Le Spa

L’attente pour changer un peignoir, la réception etant impossible à joindre Le manque de professionnalisme d’une partie du personnel du restaurant le chêne, on vous installe puis on vous oublie, aucune cartes pour choisir notre repas 25€ pour charger sa voiture électrique.
