"Precisa de atualizar um pouco mas tem nota ligeiramente positiva"

Localização e disponibilidade dos funcionários da recepção no check in.

Ar condicionado não ligava e a janela estava semi aberta ao entrar e por isso entraran uns mosquitos, que juntando ao calor e ar condicionado avariado não ajudou ao descanso. Como aparte sendo que isso não é responsabilidade do hotel no quarto de cima houve móveis a arrastar até as 23h45 e depois alguém a andar com saltos até as 00h30. Tudo junto obviamente não ajudou ao conforto da estadia. No check out não me foi pedido ou perguntado como foi a estadia.
