Great location if you want to visit Lago Bled and Ljubljana. Easy to get to the city centre of Kranj. Staff was very kind, helpful and attentive. Always with a smile and making sure we were looked after. They even ran after us, after checkout, when we forgot a toy in the room and the cleaning lady found it. So lovely. The breakfast was delicious, loads of things to choose from and for every taste something. Fresh fruits, quality bread and amazing scrambled eggs. The room was more than spacious and also the bathroom was really big with double vanity! Large shower. It was incredibly clean. Not only the room, but the whole hotel. We’ll be back for sure

If they would use a coffee machine with coffee beans the coffee would be more delicious

Die Lage direkt an unserer Reisestrecke für 1 Übernachtung war perfekt! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. Buchung eines Höhlenbesuchs am nächsten Tag :-) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel groß. Frühstück war lecker. Empfehlenswert!
