Hyatt Regency Jinan

Great Location , Excellent Breakfast spread , English speaking staff who helped me with the vegetarian choices for breakfast. Standard Hyatt quality rooms . Will definitely stay there again on the next trip.

As expected from a Hyatt Regency the accommodation was first class. Regency club offered good and varied breakfast that suits all tastes. Good early evening snacks as well. Hotel driver got lost picking up from Jinan airport in early hours (very poor) but he was apologetic. More training needed maybe?

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel while my hubby was on official work trip. It is a nice and cosy hotel with quite a good location. Next to hotel has an array of shops and a shopping mall next to it. It also costs about $CNY 20 to take a cab to places like Daming Lake etc. Room is clean and comfy. It is quite spacious too. Only problem is ventilation within the bathroom is like not very good. Dun see any ventilation fans in place. Breakfast at the main restaurant is not too bad. Quite a wide spread of variety of food being offered. Western brekkie style or chinese...they have it. One can consider the hotel if one is heading to Jinan.

너무 추운데 히터도 안되고 결국 새벽에 방을 바꾸었더니 렌즈빼놓은것과 낙서된 메모지 정리도 안되어있고 숙박예약이 안되어있다고 보증금을 2천위안받더니 체크아웃할때는 호텔스에서 결제안되어있다고 보증금을 돌려줄수없다고하고 어이없었음

Rooms were comfy and the chambermaids were excellent! They helped place all my makeup on a towel to ensure they don't get wet! Only drawback was the showerhead which wasn't working properly but the bathtub was excellent! was there for a short stay so I can't comment/complain much!

Excellent and spacious rooms. The upper Floors are the best with nicely appointed rooms. I stayed on the 27th floor which had secured access via the elevator. The breakfast was awesome! A large variety of food for every taste. Would definitely stay there again

If you're going to Jinan, China, and need a great hotel in which to stay, I cannot recommend the Hyatt Regency more strongly. My room was truly lovely with a wonderful view of the city. I appreciated the appointments (the bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, etc.) and the cleanliness and comfort of the bed and the room itself. I could watch TV sitting up or in bed -- a choice I appreciated.

In traveling across China, some of my most enjoyable experiences have been in Hyatts. But as with all experiences, it is the little things that make the biggest difference. And it is precisely these little things that are missing from the Hyatt Regency Jinan. The facility, the rooms, the restaurants are all fine, but it is the little touches of service that are lacking - from the tedious check-in procedure to the housekeeping service, from the restaurant to the staff. All OK, nothing bad, just not the kind of service and attitude one comes to expect from a Hyatt experience. Again, the Hyatt Regency Jinan is a fine hotel, no major complaints, but it does not stand up to other Hyatts across China (and around the world).

1、位置非常方便，周边也很繁华，2、晚上在酒店吃的自助，内部价168/位，与潍坊的128的差不多，三纹鱼类的要等，海鲜类不太多。3、酒店比较新，但整体装作比起一些五星不精致，比如说电视墙。4、也没有其他的了，总体还行吧，在上订房显示可以送一张50元的用餐券，但办理入助时没有主动给，吃完自助不能再用了。

Both food & beverage (wine selections) are very well served. Friendly staffs, much better than those so call 5 stars in Beijing
