Allen Dong and other staff did an excellent job. We are happy to stay in this hotel. Staff are professional and help us to solve the one day early checkout problem (as we use points to redeem free night). Overall we recommend stay in this hotel.

"The Worst Hyatt Property"

I have stayed in more than 100 Hyatt property around the world and Hyatt Regency Jinan is definitely the worst. The front desk staff barely speak English and they have NO clue on Hyatt status. At check in, I was not greeted and no mentioning on my Globalist status. When I finally mentioned the upgrade, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. The hotel quality is poor, the room is out-dated, and bkft is worse than offered at any Hyatt properties in China. Won't return in any cost.
