Riad L'Etoile D'Orient

Loved everything about this place. The staff was very helpful, the location is a few steps from the square but at the same time peaceful and quiet. Rooftop amazing, rooms very comfortable and warm (january) and lovely beds. Ow and breakfast!!!!! Gorgeous!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly in attitude. Advice was offered on places to go, opening times and prices & help with various other questions dealt with efficiently. We took advantage of their taxi/porter package to get to & from the hotel to the airport which is well worth the small amount of additional cost as finding the hotel first time around in the Medina and dragging your cases across the main square and down through the souk would be quite a challenge - we had a muddle over meeting point at the airport (exit from arrivals IN the building or exit FROM the building - drivers hold signs up for potential passengers at both places but the hotel responded to our whatsapp call & clarified it was the latter.). Our room on the ground floor was fine - clean & comfortable. TV has numerous channels in different languages. The bed was comfortable; fridge was quiet, good to have separate loo & shower; large safe; sufficient cupboards, supply of tea/coffee. It was a surprisingly quiet room for a location in the middle of the Medina. The hotel offers massages etc in rooms in the basement and has an excellent terrace with a 4 person (maybe more) hot tub on the terrace (open 9-9) though we didn't use these facilities. Breakfast was filling enough & there was some variation from day to day - due to rain & cold weather we were served inside on the ground floor but it is normally on the terrace. We did buy an evening meal package from the hotel one night & it was excellent and very filling. We did look at the range of excursions available through the hotel but decided to book ours through Viator so can't comment on the experience of their excursions. The hotel really is in the "thick of things" with a 5 minute walk getting you out into the main square

We had nothing negative to comment upon. I guess if you want windows with a view, then the ground floor rooms won't be for you as they look straight out into the lounge area at the centre of the riad - but that is the way a riad is designed. It does mean that you'll probably close the shutters and have the lights on to have some privacy but we don't go on holiday to stay in our hotel room anyway.

Riad Emeraude ad uso esclusivo. Tutto perfetto! Un sogno! Bellissimi arredi, ottima pulizia e servizio eccellente. La splendida Jamila ci ha coccolati con le deliziose colazioni, grazie! La piscina jacuzzi riscaldata poi...senza parole! Consiglio a tutti!

Muito bonito e tranquilo, boa localização face à Medina.

Nada a apontar, talvez o preço ligeiramente acima para a média de Marrocos face a tipologia de alojamento. Vale pele a experiência

Un bellissimo Riad a Marrakech. Hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative, un bel posto, confortevole, silenzioso, pulito e informale. Grazie a tutto lo staff… dalle donne di servizio ai ragazzi della reception. Quando tornerò a Marrakech prenoterò di nuovo qui. Grazie Hammou Nassima Mounouar

Amazing riad in the center of Marrakesh and at the same time very quit. We really enjoyed our stay! The stuff was super friendly, gave us lots of tips about the city! Room was clear. Breakfast delicious!! We also used hammam once, very recommended!! And took cooking class which was very interesting!!!

Riad molto accogliente, piccolino ma ben strutturato, le camere molto carine, alcune un po’ piccoline rispetto alle altre, nonostante non sono ben sonorizzate non abbiamo sentito rumori esterni a parte gli uccellini che vivono e svolazzano sul tetto aperto del giardino 😊 Personale molto gentile ed efficiente in ogni richiesta Colazione ben curata e preparata al momento Il terrazzo dove viene servita la colazione potrebbero renderlo ancora più carino con qualche piccolo miglioramento ma è un mio pensiero personale Situato all’interno della Medina perciò le auto non possono raggiungerlo , il servizio bagagli è ben organizzato perciò non è un problema
