I arrived on a Thursday where I was greeted pleasantly by Tatiana. I had everything I needed right away and it was a pleasant place for me to stay.

There were no staff members in the morning for Friday or Saturday. I was literally left to my own devices which meant I had to enter the kitchen in order to get myself some water despite it being closed off, because there was nobody that was there. I heard some of

"Friendly environment and service but old facilities"

Good location, close to lots of attractions and bus stations. Had a reasonable breakfast, room is large and spacious, AC works fine. Noise is also not bad given you close the window. Hotel staff are really friendly and watched my bag for a few ours after checkout.

Facilities are really old, especially with showers. No shampoo provided, only a piece of soap. Room is also a bit dark. Breakfast starts at 8 which is a bit late for travelers.
