Room was not maintained and mattress was worn out Need to renovate the rooms n interior

For the price they charge, the cleanliness is questionable. The lobby washroom and facilities was average.

Just OK.

Rooms are big and in good condition.

Room service menu in room was not complete. We asked for new menu, they did not provided. Though kitchen runs 24/7 with limited menu in night hours but we were denied order at 12.30 am. There was a marriage in hotel and we were provided with room where married guests were staying. Kids were ringing bells every other time. Very high noises of guests speaking. Complained many times at front desk. No action taken. Breakfast buffet had many options however morning bakeries were not good at all. Pao in pao bhaji were very hard. Vada in south indian were very hard. Idli was very hard. Most of the dishes in buffet were not refilled at 10 am.
