looking for a nice place to stay with a large family you can think of this hotel with a lot of activities in a nice region near hot springs and the people are very nice too just enjoy your stay and good food

C’est un peu particulier... l’impression d’etre Retourné a l’internat mais à côté d’en ca... rien à dire, j’ai très bien dormi. Par contre, self service « scolaire » absolument pas « bon », mais nourrissant.

Une formule de restauration en buffet libre service, très bien, bonne qualité de nourriture et choix de plats. Bon petit déjeuner.

This hotel was selected because it was available on short notice, with a free cancellation policy, and could accommodate a group of 30. It was clean and the staff was reasonably friendly. The food was edible and no one got sick. However, the rooms were not as advertised. A room booked as "a double bed and two twins" was a set of bunk beds. Private bathroom apparently does not mean that the shower is enclosed; guests are apparently expected to use the large squeegee to remove the water from the floor and push it into the drain. The restaurant allows ONE DRINK with your meal. You are not allowed to have wine AND water or soda even if you ask to pay for it. One person in our group was told she could not have the fish unless she was allergic to the bolognese sauce on the pasta. The wi-fi did not work for more than half the group at all and for the rest only while they were in the lobby. The location does not allow for guests to enjoy access to a village or town and eat or drink at independent establishments. I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it for future visitors. If you need a bare-bones room for a night, this is fine. I would suggest bringing your own food or else be prepared to drive into another locale for sustenance.

We were a class from Politecnico di Torino gone to France to visit nuclear sites. English language is unknown. Reception and rooms are located in 2 different buildings, but they gave us our keys and let us alone: unprofessional and unpolite. Rooms stank of mold and without hairdryer. We arrived tired at 21.30 and asked to eat at their restaurant, and they told us "maybe after the football match": very unprofessional and very unpolite. Breakfast is really poor, and there were not even napkins. Shame is a feeling which does not belong to everyone.
