El personal super amable, el desayuno excelente y variado, la Limpieza en todo el lugar 100/100, la ubicación del Hotel es excelente.

Llegue un poco antes de la hora de entrada al hotel después de un viaje largo, me negaron la entrada a la habitación.

Me encanta el servicio de recogida cada 30 minutos. Me encanta la calidad del servicio, siempre con mucha educación, altura, finesa y respeto.

Siempre toca esperar por la habitación, nunca hacen excepción para entregar habitación mas temprano.

The location is very good. It is a quiet, peaceful, clean, safe neighbourhood. The employees are attentious, sympathetic and helpful; particularly the doormen. The room service is always fast; 30 minutes or even less!

I had to change rooms twice. The first one had a smell of bakery and/or fried food coming from outside that made fell sick. The second room was better, but still had some smell; additionally, the TV would not connect to internet. The 3rd room was fine. Lighting in general could improve; atable light would help for people that need to work. The availability of TV channels and popular TV streaming apps (netflix, Prime Video, Youtube were inanccessible). Finally, most of the tables had some item (sugar, salt and peper) or silverware missing in the breakfast.
