In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt of 19% VAT when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Please note only guests with a Visa PIP 3, PIP 5, PIP 6, PIP 10, TP 7, TP 11, TP 12, tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
