the size of the room was not as expected while we viewed / go through the details on the website. The daily hotel rate was less than the rate I got through the website months before.

The room that I stay couldn't detech the WiFi, hence the WiFi ID and password provided was actually wasted and I have to use my own 3G to surf the Internet (room number 225). Other than that, everything is fine. I would rate 4/5 for my overall experience.

Easy access to town. Room was not properly cleaned especially the toilet. There are staff that's always sitting at the hallway which is kinda creepy. Overall it was ok but not recommendable.

Being charged RM10 for checking out slightly after 12noon.Public parking and needs to parking fairly far to get space. Would not stay there again.

"Bad experience"

Housekeeping failed. No parking reserved. Need pay rm4 perday. If not penalty by local authorities. breakfast menu was boring. For family not reccommend. Find others.
