飯店位於羅東鎮警察局旁邊，有含早餐（早餐及服務人員都很棒！），逛夜市非常方便. ps.浴室內有毛巾架、洗臉台上寬敞可放置衣物.雖然設備稍微老舊，但整體上維持乾淨整潔.

車輛停放需搭電梯到地下三樓，內有機械、平面車位，空間有限稍嫌不便.（還好隔壁另有私人平面停車場），
