Het was erg koud in het hotel.

Yassine and Hamid were extremely helpful. They prepared an early breakfast for me on the morning of Marrakech marathon which I really appreciated. . The riad was spotless and the breakfasts were delicious.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Wir waren allerdings nur zwei Tage dort und viel unterwegs, daher können wir nicht allzu viel berichten. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, was man erwähnen sollte, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, alles war frisch vorbereitet. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, besonders für einen kurzen Trip, und gut geeignet, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

Very unique and beautiful

Emplacement très central : le tout à pied est possible. Calme, zen. Beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, notamment d’Ibrahim qui a vraiment été formidable.

Chambre trop sombre et manque d’intimité par rapport à la salle de douche/toilettes.

Cozy bed

Well we arrived .. to a place i thought was 4 star and paid good money for ( suite with private balcony.) Firstly knowing you are at the right hotel shouldnt be so hard, we knocked on a door we though was it and nothing eventually to have a man chase us like hey this is it. We finally made it in and there was no reception room. No one offered to take our bags, no real welcome or meet and greet the Hospitality just felt lacking 😢, then the room! I went to wash syraight away and the shower whole fell off the wall completely , not what you pay for! A gentleman balanced it back in and said its good to go which it was shaky so it was avoided. I Asked to print boarding passes for our outgoing flight and the gentleman who works there didnt have a code to his own computer and couldnt access anything let alone print so We had to find elsewhere .. Then i thought room was paid for online, I have credit card details .. turns out nope it wasn't paid online and they need in cash fair play. However When ever i wanted someone for room service i found myself walking about the whole place crying hello like a horror movie with an eerie silence and no response. When we left for our morning flight there was no staff to say bye to, no brekky at 7 am we just left to let ourselves out in the dark. Wasnt a welcoming restful stay and felt a 2 star building that has been given 4 stars because it was painted had a cold pool and a rooftop terrace. Also you can't lock your own bedroom doors from the outside if you go out other than with a bolt lock so anyone can go inside. Generally wasn't the most pleasant luckily was 1 night only
