Staff (including the owner) had quite a personal approach towards us and made us feel comfortable. The riad is extremely clean and has space for relax

There was no good separation between the room and the bathroom/toilet which in combination with the fact that the room door couldn’t be locked, reduced overall privacy in our room.

Communication was good before and during the stay. The riad is well kept and very pretty from the inside. The room had a cute balcony and was a nice space overall. The rooftop is beautiful and well kept.The water takes a minute to get hot, but it does get hot.

The Google Maps location was fraudulently and on purpose placed in the garden of the hospital! I booked, because the location appeared to be surrounded by greenery. Its not. wtf? When the outside temperature dropped to around 14 degrees, the inside temperature felt just as cold. The air conditioning did not heat the room, and the heater provided, which was more like a bright light, did not help much. No chill area for the pool. There were no keys for the room doors - only the option to lock the room from the inside while inside. The safe deposit box was removable (again - no room keys!). bring a lock for you suitcases. The day sometimes started around 5:30 with loud noises from the small alley next to the riad, and there were also motorbikes during the day, construction noise, and lots of loud yelling in general. Breakfast was quite basic compared to other riads - even in a lower price range. The area did not feel very walkable, and as a foreigner it did not feel particularly pleasant after dark. Not a good value for price.

El servicio en el Riad es excelente, con una gran ubicación y desayunos deliciosos. Muy recomendado para descansar luego de recorrer la ciudad.

Lovely welcome with friendly helpful staff. Room was so unique, clean and comfortable with super shower! Pool offered a cooling dip after much walking. We pre booked supper and would really recommend the food.
