Great place, great staff!! With the open villa make sure you ask for mozzi repellents and take bush mans!! Other then that recommend 100%

Great villa, great pool and amazing staff! The location was perfect for us as we spent most of the time at Echo Beach (a 5 minute scooter ride or 20 minute beach walk away). My only negative about the place was that the sheets weren't particularly clean and neither were the towels. Also our gas cooker didn't work (not that we cooked anything there anyway)

We stayed in villa 8. It is a 2x bed, but we received it at a 1x bed rate, as we booked the night before we flew in.Upstairs bedroom was locked. Perhaps would have been nice to have a choice of bedroom as upstairs room had a wonderful rice paddies view. Accommodation pros - close to Berawa, Echo Beach, Seminyak, etc. (We have been to Bali many times and are confident riding a scooter, no cabs for us.) Quiet location, clean, with friendly staff. Pool was fantastic, lots of hot water for shower, beautiful wooden bath tub, good wifi. Cons - a/c unit was obviously too small for the bedroom / ensuite area. Additionally, room is not 100% sealed so the heat did seep in. No TV in a/c area. We were unable to fully lock our room. (Sliding doors.) And the safe was not bolted down, giving full access if someone wanted to pinch it. I was also a bit uneasy at night. Additionally, our private villa, was not so private. I think this may have been as we booked so late and probably received the villa they book out last. A large family lives in a three storey house maybe 15m distance over the pool wall. They were not noisy, could hear them chatting and singing. My concern was they could had a clear view into Villa 8. As the shower, toilet, pool, kitchen, lounge & deck is all open and facing this house, they couldn't not look even ifthey didn't want to. No topless bathing while relaxing & reading a book-gone. Showered in bathers & tried to dress out of sight out of respect.

We had a nice stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served in our villa each morning. It is not really near much, but still walking distance to some local warungs and a quiet beach. You can walk either direction on the beach for more cafes and bars. Shuttle service is good and it is pretty cheap to get a taxi back from Seminyak.

We were very impressed with the room size/layout, pool area. The bed was comfortable, however it is 2 queen mattresses pushed together to make a larger bed. The whole villa is very large and spacious. Kitchen provides you a large water cooler. They also provide bottles of water to brush your teeth with. Bath tub was impressive at first glance, but it was dirty inside the tub not that we would use a tub during our holidays so this did not bother us. Pool was a good size, water temperature was nice (not too cold to jump in!) The beach is only a 5min walk from the hotel. The beach has heaps of strong waves so if your into surfing it's a great area, not so much for relaxing though. Breakfast buffet was very basic, not much to choose from and when we had arrived for food it seemed as if it had been sitting there for a while. Massages are cheap but they finished up 30mins earlier than the menu stated. Our tv reception was bad. We had to call twice on separate occasions for it to be fixed. The plumbing in our villa was terrible. Our 2nd day the water had turned off, so we couldn't shower, wash our hands or go to the toilet. It was fixed that night but in the morning it had gone again. We were told a pipe had burst but it wasn't until 10:30pm that they came and fixed a pipe near the pool. Staff are very friendly but the service is a bit slow. Shuttle service is provided to Seminyak Square, unfortunately it does not pick guest up so you will have to find.

Great stay nice and quiet out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and walking distance to Berawa beach from there you can walk down to Canggu beach and Echo beach. Would stay there again!

The Arradea Villa is now called Aberu Villa. We stayed for 4 nights for our honeymoon trip and I fell in love with our villa at the first sight cos it's spacious with a beautiful private pool. The wifi signal is really weak we can barely get online in the living room not to mention the bedroom. Breakfast doesn't have too much choices but the people working at the villa is extremely nice and accommodating. Access to the nearby club is a PLUS for this villa cos they have a standard swimming pool a decent spa and restaurant. We go to the club everyday. Location il

The new name of the hotel is Aberu Villa. It's our honeymoon trip and our first time in Bali. Hotel people are extremely nice and friendly but the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Wifi sucks in our villa we could barely get online in the living room not to mention in the bedroom. Lots of mosquitoes in the whole villa and my hubby got bites all over his back... The happiest thing during our stay was the Canggu Club. We have free passes to get into Canggu Club from our villa and they have a standard pool with a nice gym and a beautiful spa. It runs by Australians but I was more than thrilled to have a few treatments at the spa. Walking to the club from our villa takes 20 mins on a dangerous road without pavements. Overall I would suggest this villa to couples who see what's coming.

Extremely overpriced in terms of the price for villa and massages. We were given a villa next to the kitchen and we heard loud sounds till 5 in the evening. We stayed there on 30 th dec and were given stale Christmas cookies as a complimentary gift. There was a loud croaking sound of an animal throughout our trip and the hotel staff informed us it was a lizard and they were unable to find the lizard. We also woke up to bat's feaces in the tv area outside, which was very disconcerting. I had asked for the staff to give us some black tea and informed the next day at check out that they didn't have any. Unhelpful staff and a terrible experience. Will never stay there ever....one night was enough. Won't recommend it to anyone. Not worth the price they charge.
