Camera buia ma spaziosa

Ubytování je sice menší, ale útulné a s balkonem. Nachází se par minut od centra Palerma, ale i vlakového nádraží, takže to je skvělý výchozí bod pro výlety mimo Palermo. Mohu jedině doporučit 😊

The location is great for a short stay if you travel by train. It gets you near the historic center and all the interersting places are in a walking distance. The host was very helpful

The place feels more like hostel, the plastic cover on the table is disappointing. The double bed is too small for two persons. You should wait in the bathroom for the hot water, some handles fall off the wall. We could not use the "kitchen" in the room even to boil water for the morning coffee, and the big one really needs thorough cleaning.

La ubicación es la clave

Demasiado pequeña e incómoda la habitación. Para dar corriente a la misma, tenías que poner una llave que no podías sacarla del llavero general ya que el propietario le puso un candado, x lo cual, si querías dejar aunque sea el ventilador encendido, no podías y la habitación luego de un día de paseo, era un horno. De las 3 noches, 2 no tuvimos agua caliente en todo el día. La limpieza debería mejorar radicalmente. Había hongos en la bañera, y pelos, telas de araña en áreas comunes. Sinceramente no tiene el cuidado necesario

kein Frühstück, aber Bars in der Nähe Lage ganz nahe am Bahnhof sehr gut für Weiterreise. Küche vorhanden. Im Zimmer sogar eine Kitchenette eingebaut mit Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Geschirr. Der Balkon im ersten Stock lässt einen die Stadt ganz unmittelbar erleben. Der einhergehende Stadtlärm, die Geräusche der Stadt waren nicht übermäßig laut. Kein Verkehr unmittelbar vorm Fenster. Am letzten Tag konnte ich mein Gepäck bis am späten Nachmittag in der Casa Vittoria parken und es mittels eines remote Zugangs abholen.

Problematisch fand ich den schlimmen Gestank, der offenbar vom Abwassersystem kam. Erst dachte ich, es wäre vom Kanal von der Straße her, aber es war dann offenbar ausgehend vom Haus und den alten Gemäuern. Das Bad geschlossen halten und sämtliche Wasser mal runterlassen, schuf etwas Abhilfe. Nicht sehr entgegenkommend fand ich, dass ein Zimmertausch nur gegen einen Aufpreise von €30 möglich gewesen wäre.
