11 out of 10!!! perfect accommodation - great location (opposite the tran station, super close o the old part o town) - good wifi - private balcony -friendly staff and easy check in - air conditioning - great value for money - little kitchenette and bathroom inside the room -separate communal kitchen

i really like this accommodation, the staff and the private balcony, however these are some useful information that could be other decide if this is an option for them: - if you have mobility issues, pls keep in mind there is no elevator in the building and the apartments are on the first floor. - if you're on a budget and plan to cool for yourself, keep in mind the kitchenette has no condiments and separate communal kitchen has only salt, soy souse, sunflower oil. No tea, pepper, olive oil or other condiment - if you are a very light sleeper you should know it is close to the main train station and a road, so you might want to close the balcony window during the night.

The lack of hot water to take a shower the second day I was there. The toilet seat was so loose it looked broken.
