Location, restaurant, the vibe

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was magical. The staff were so helpful and everyone was so smiling 😃 we will definitely return, but cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Nothing not to like, although was hoping for a bath!

Inconsistency in the housekeeping service of rooms sometimes we had sugar left and tea bags other days not, face cloths went from none on our first day to two on our last day!! The list of charges as soon as you enter your room isn’t fitting with a luxury hotel and I don’t just mean the mini fridge but for a range of other products such as the dressing gown, room air freshener, bags etc most of the items weren’t even in our room I mean really!! and finally the almost constant banging of hotel bedroom doors probably a design fault but not at all relaxing!!

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Views are perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable.

The air conditioning was not great, we were quite warm at night.

Ligging aan La Concha strand en oude centrum.

De parking op level -5 niet zo geschikt voor mensen met liftvrees en om bagage naar kamer te brengen.

The location and the view are extraordinary - right on La Concha beach, just steps to old town and terrific shopping. Our rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and informative.

We had an excellent top floor room with terrace, expensive but with it. The staff were delightful, location excellent from which to explore San Sebastian -- although driving to the hotel and parking were a bit challenging. Superb spread for breakfast
