Hotel Onix

Nice rooms, bathrooms wit jacuzzi, nice and frendly staff, but I did not find any towels fro the bathroom. Bathrobes, yes, but absolutely no towels

The hotel is really a bit outdated. Personal is sometimes friendly ;) ... but definitely not really professional. Make sure you book the 4* rooms, those are spacious, bathroom contains a bubble bath, etc ... however still outdated. The beds are large, but hard and uncomfortable, curtains don't cover the whole window, tends to be noisy (from the street and rooms next door). Personnel is not really friendly, unless they get to know you and you are friendly to them ;) Most of the time nobody is at the reception when you need them.

Loved the elevator as we had large heavy luggage. The room was a good size and comfortable. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent.

It's a sad hotel. I wanted to stay in the Topaz, but it was booked. The Onix likes to think it's a 4 start. It's not. It's a 2 star. And one can book a "4" or a "3" star room. The rooms are no where near to being 4 star. And the breakfast is equally sad. Sad room. Sad selection. And I feel sorry for some of the staff who are really quite friendly, having to work in this environment. And i think it speaks volumes that the management, as far as I can see on Trip Advisor, does not respond. I do not recommend this hotel.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zunächst ignoriert. Als wir dann endlich einchecken wollten, haben wir erwähnt, dass wir eine Suite gebucht haben. Die Antwort darauf war "WHAT?!". Wir sehen sehr jung aus und wurden wahrscheinlich (zumindest hatten wir den Eindruck) nicht ernst genommen. Als wir dann gesagt haben, wir haben bereits reserviert und wollen keine neue Buchung, erfolgte wieder ein WHAT. Ein sehr irritierender check-in. Erst als wir die Buchungspapiere gezeigt haben, verstand der Service, dass wir Gäste einer Suite sind, ist er erst freundlich geworden... soviel zum Personal. Das Zimmer hatte nicht den Standard einer Vier-Sterne Suite. Das Bad hat gestunken, die Einrichtung war unpersönlich, dunkel und altmodisch, allein das Schlafzimmer war schön und angenehm.

We were lucky that the hotel was not crowded and they gave us another room, much bigger. However, the furniture seemed modest, and technical facilities of the room were not as for a four star hotel. Also room entrance card malfunctioned for about 3 times in 4 days and we should to go to reception to change us. We were disappointed! And we wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Fint hotel med dejlige store rum, eneste minus var at vi bookede til tre personer og seng nummer tre skulle vi selv ordne med sengetøj og alt. Udover det var det en lampe til at oplyse hotelet lige uden for vores vinduet der lyste værelset op når man skulle sove. (Værelse 205)
